built-from-scratch website design/layout

after 4 hours of watching tutorials on a new program I got called DreamWeaver, I have finally got the basic method down. This is a completely custom design. everything was made from scratch. please tell me whatyou guys thing.

I am planning on either bringing back hydropk, or rune impossible, idk which, but I need a hoster that I can trust.. or a VPS that we will get eventually if we get donations.

but what sucks, is it's in the middle of the school year, and statistics show that most people that play RSPS's are between 12-17 years old.. which is middle/high school grade levels....

Well, I really do hope you bring back Hydropk... since i have already made a forum for Hydropk.. and i have added CROWNS to the usernames is mine and your crown... is the mod team crown... is the forum mod crown.... and even a donator crown!!! and an forum admin crown aswell... but i cant find the url ill find it later lol anyways:D CHOOSE THE FORUM OR I WILL KILL YOU!! haha

Now you tell me... well ill be the one updating everything on the forums anyway's so you dont need to worry about sorting out the forum... ill do it.. all you have to do it keep everything in order and be a legend owner that you are:)
